Comment: Amazing repair service and customer service. Service Mgr. Russ, offered to contact manufacturer about warranty repairs. Complete replacement at no cost to me after Ray's mobile unit came to RV park and diagnosed the problem. Owner assisted with hook-up when I picked-up trailer. Unit is new and service far exceeded the dealer's service with early problems; water pump died, roof leaked, TV antenna broke, etc. All required unacceptable six week shop time.
